Our staff team at West London Welcome are experts who have worked with refugees, migrants and asylum-seeking people for many years.

We are governed by our Board of Trustees, and are supported by our two fantastic Patrons, our Lived Experience Advisory Board of community members who have gone through immigration and asylum systems, and over 100 volunteers.

A number of our staff and Trustees have lived experience of seeking asylum or migration.
